Sustainable Building
This course centers on the material used to build and maintain our property and how we leverage the local resources to ensure we are monitoring and improving our carbon footprint
Permaculture Farming
Take note and appreciate the indigenous methods of farming we use on our farm so that we do not need to inject external fertilizers and keep the ground happy!
A Circular Economy
The approach that we have to running the sustainable hostel is holistic. We want to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever we can so that we live in harmony with nature and the future.
Water Management
Learn ways to optimize the water that is available and little things we do to reduce waste in order to maintain a circular flow of clean water.
